For 20 years Vince has worked closely with plan sponsors, service providers, advisors and broker-dealers to bring about positive change to the industry. Vince’s vision for RPAG stemmed from stellar successes achieved from sister company, 401(k) Advisors, which Vince founded in 2000. Prior to his entrepreneurial endeavors of the past decade, Vince served posts at The Principal Financial Group, UNUM and Creative Plan Concepts. An expert in organizational development, operations and business strategy, Vince exercises his talent alongside an exceptional team of hand-picked high performers. In January 2011, Vince was ranked among the top 15 of The 401kWire’s “100 Most Influential People in Defined Contribution” as a nod to he and partner Della Vedova’s creation of the largest practice management platform for retirement plan advisors in the United States. He is a frequent speaker at industry events and authors many white papers on current topics and trends.
As co-founder of RPAG, Nick leads the team in relationship management, business development, and strategic selling. He manages the execution of best practices to better serve RPAG members, who rely on RPAG’s comprehensive practice management platform to grow their retirement plan practice. Before joining RPAG in 2004, Nick built a decade-long track record in the qualified plan industry—notably, as Regional Vice President for one of the largest retirement plan service providers in the United States. A frequent speaker, Nick often addresses industry conferences to help other advisors achieve competitive advantage through holistic practice management. In January 2010, Nick was ranked among The 401kWire’s “100 Most Influential People in Defined Contribution” as a nod to he and Giovinazzo’s creation of the largest practice management platform for retirement plan advisors in the United States.
An accomplished executive with 20 years’ experience in the employee benefits field, Jami manages the firm’s internal systems, technology infrastructure, human resources and, importantly, financial results. With RPAG since its inception, Jami has developed the firm’s service processes from the ground up. In addition, Jami has managed several intensive technology enhancements to the firm’s ScorecardSM System and e401k ProposalTM System. Prior to her time with RPAG, Jami worked at The Principal Financial Group.
With RPAG since its inception, Jeff leads the investment department with a focus on manager research/analysis and asset allocation. He developed the proprietary quantitative and qualitative ScorecardSM System for the company, offering fiduciaries a documented process in achieving their fiduciary duties while allowing enhanced investment opportunities for participants. Jeff is a veteran in institutional investments, ten years of which were spent at Barclays Global Investors (BGI) and Trust Company of the West (TCW). He is a CFA charterholder and has served as former president and active member of the CFA Society of Orange County.
Veronica, with more than fifteen years industry experience, leads the plan consulting division at RPAG. Her charge is to continually develop and apply best practices in the areas of investment due diligence, client service, plan conversion and participant communications. In 2007 Veronica was named among Institutional Investors’ prestigious “Top 20 Rising Stars of Retirement Plan Advisors” under the age of 40. In 2009 and 2010 she was named among the “401k Wire’s 300 Most Influential DC Advisors” in the country. Prior to joining RPAG at its inception, she served with Great-West Retirement Services.
A formerly practicing ERISA attorney, Joel is charged with assisting our advisor members with technical issues such as legislative, regulatory and plan document interpretation. Joel came to RPAG in February 2006 from Hewitt Associates with over 10 years of technical experience. Prior to this he practiced law with the law firm Fennemore Craig, P.C. in Phoenix, Arizona. In 2008 Joel was named among Institutional Investors’ prestigious “Top 20 Rising Stars of Retirement Plan Advisors” highlighting the nation’s top advisors under the age of 40. In 2009 and 2010 he was named among the “401k Wire’s 300 Most Influential DC Advisors” in the country and received Top Ten status for his asset category. Joel is a frequent speaker at industry events and often hosts webinars to offer his pragmatic perspective to complex compliance subject matter.
David leads the consulting practice for total plan management in executive benefits, and is instrumental in teaching RPAG members business growth strategies in this area. David’s core focus is to drive efficiencies for both non-qualified plan sponsors and participants in 1) best practices in plan design, 2) plan funding, cost controls and value generation, 3) education and communication and 4) fluid integration across the administrative platform. Before joining the firm in 2010, David served as Executive Vice President for Retirement Capital Group, tax and auditing accountant for KPMG, EVP and head of West Coast operations for AXA Advisors’ Executive Benefits Group, specializing in mid-sized companies.
